Claw games make a playful outing whether you’re hunting for plushies with family or challenging friends to a round. If you’re planning for young children or have access needs, contact us with your questions before visiting.
PLAY & PRIZES
How much does it cost to play?
Token bundles are $10 for 11 tokens, $20 for 23 tokens, $50 for 58 tokens plus 1 trade-in credit, and $100 for 125 tokens plus 2 trade-in credits. Tokens are used for machine play; credits go toward prize-counter rewards. Compare the bundles and learn about credits. Check each machine’s token cost before starting.
I’ve never played a claw machine. Where do I start?
Take a look at the prizes, read the controls and play cost on the machine, and ask a team member if you need help getting started. Winning is part of the challenge and is not guaranteed.
What are trade-in credits?
Trade eligible wins toward bigger prizes, or opt for trade-in credits to take home and save toward a bigger prize on a future visit. Credits go toward prize-counter rewards and are separate from tokens, which you use to play machines. Credits do not expire. Chip designs may be phased out, with notifications posted in store for 30 days beforehand. The $50 token bundle includes 1 bonus trade-in credit and the $100 bundle includes 2. How do prize trade-ins work?
Exchange eligible plush on the same day they’re won. Participating machines display trade-in values. Only plush won at Claw Studio qualify, and they must retain their tags and be in original condition. Redeem credits for available premium prizes or take credits home and save them, subject to our chip-design phase-out policy. Credits have no cash value, and lost credits cannot be replaced. How do I request a birthday party?
Fill out the party inquiry, then send the prepared email from your email app. Our team will discuss availability, pricing, and arrangements directly. A submitted inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
What’s included, and what does a party cost?
Contact us for current party options and a quote for your group. We’ll confirm play arrangements, space, timing, and any inclusions directly before you book.
Can we bring food, cake, or decorations?
Include your plans in your inquiry so our team can confirm what is possible and any requirements before your event.
Can I inquire about a school, team, or company outing?
Yes—choose “Group outing” on the form and tell us the group type, size, preferred timing, and what you have in mind. We’ll let you know which arrangements are available.
How far ahead should I contact you?
Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind so we can check availability. Please wait for direct confirmation before treating your date as reserved.
